We love celebrating the music, mantra, sound and togetherness in the energies of a full moon. In between two eclipses, it a very intense time on the planet Earth. As we sing sacred words of the Sikh traditional bajans, as we play acoustic instruments, beat the drum, shake the rattle, pump the air into the harmonium, blow the flute, you will receive the relaxation, you will let go of what doesn’t serve you, you will travel deep within to connect with your Higher Self, your Guru, your Soul.

Join us for this journey as we open our home to be together, support each other and create the powerful vibration of Love, which expands and vibrates throughout the whole Universe. Let’s meet in music, let’s play together, sing, dance, relax and create new connections with like minded people.

This week an amazing art exhibition opened at the Courtauld in Somerset House. Incredible selection of Van Gogh’s self portraits selected from collections from all around the world has been gathered in two rooms on the top floor of the gallery. Most of the paintings were created in year 1887, 13 of them! This shows how dedicated and hard working Vincent was, how profoundly devoted to his art and becoming better in painting people. One of the reasons Van Gogh made self-portraits was to practice the art of portraiture itself, which he considered to be the highest ambition of a painter. Painting himself was cheaper and more reliable than hiring a model. Van Gogh wrote to his brother, Theo that he felt that the painter’s role was

“to show people that there is something else in human beings besides what the photographer is able to get out of them with his machine… Painted portraits have a life of their own that comes from deep in the soul of the painter and where the machine can’t go.”

I do highly recommend to see this wonderful display of human achievement towards mastering his art form, as it is very moving and has a great content of beauty.

Choc zawarta w tylko dwoch pokojach, pelna niespodziewanych prac, ktorych jeszcze nie mialam okazji zobaczyc na zywo. W roku 2019 odwiedzialm wiele muzow w Holandii podazajac tropem Vincenta, przygotowujac sie do napisania ksiazki dla dzieci o tym autorze. Pozniej powstala seria 5 godzinnych filmow opowiadajacych o jego tworczosci z zadaniami plastycznymi do wykonania. Ta seria nadal jest do zakienia na mojej platformie Etsy

Please have a look at this wonderful short video, recorded at a magical location of Morskie Oko lake in Tatra mountains on the day of Artur’s birthday last year. He recorded the soundtrack and, most importantly, he reads out a paragraph from the White Book of Ramtha, which inspired him and speak about the Truth.

How great to be back to Midlands, visiting Peak District, Cumbria and Yorkshire.

After an amazing weekend filled with music, dance and connection, we directed our steps up North, to Cumbria. As I discovered a great spot to stay and rest, Pine Lake Resort in Lancashire, I booked a 6 people Scandinavian style lodge.

It was such a great experience as the houses beautiful location by the lake, gave us the sense of relaxation, stillness and calm. The visit to the Wellness Centre for a swim and sauna (both dry and steamy) added the extra opportunity to unwind and finally have a great sleep in a giant double bed which sheets were super soft. On the first morning, after a stroll by the lake, we went to the near by town of Lancaster to visit their plant based cafe the Herbarium. Oh, we were so so hungry and their menu did prove not to disappoint! I loved the Mermaid Matcha Latte with cream! The food was fresh, portions generous and flavors exciting! Cakes a bit too sweet, to my taste, but this is personal preference.

As the film Brief Encounter was filmed in the train station of the nearby town Carnforth, I though it would be a great idea to have a romantic picture taken there. Have you watched that film from 1945?

Next stop was an enchanted forest, with rock formations covered in moss, full of sleeping giants and fairies, which led us to the Fairy Steps- a very narrow steps allowing to squeeze down and reach the other part of the forest. You can find this place in Arnside and Silverdale AONB. Interestingly, there were many fallen trees and we wondered why. I discovered that the ground is made of rocks and trees couldn’t root deep enough to grow tall. The same in life, you need to stay grounded and rooted to grow tall and reach high.

For the sunset I took us to Jack Scout, an incredible beach overlooking a quiet bay. The heavy fog was present in the air all day, no wind, no movement of the air. The sea was so amazingly still. What we experienced can not be described. The sight was like from another planet! You couldn’t see the line of horison as the sky blended in with the sea, creating this feeling of tranquility and peace.

My zachwycilismy sie Wrozkowymi Schodkami, ktore prowadza pomiedzy dwoma skalami, a takze miejscem wiodokowym Jack Scout. Nawet w styczniu, kiedy mgla unosi sie w powietrzu caly dzien, moze tu byc pieknie, ciekawie i urokliwie. Polecam serdecznie! A jesli chodzi o weganskie jedzonko, to kawiarnia Herbarium serwuje piekne i wyjatkowo smaczne posilki.

After a long and dark November, dipping in the deepest and darkest parts of the basements of the soul, from unconsciousness to consciousness, from illness to health, this month took me and Artur on a ride. Spending time inside, connecting with the source, deep meditation, staying awake all nigh even though kind of sleeping. There is no need to say sorry that I had this most strange virus. It taught me to find new ways to heal, to deal with pain, to stop and reflect on my body and most importantly to find courage and strength to win and see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Not playing music, not singing and not even being able to hear for some weeks was the toughest lesson. Now every sound brings gratitude, every verse of mantra, every key of my harmonium fills my heart with warm, melting feeling of happiness and fulfillment.

The great news is that Ananda is BACK!

On the 19th of December, Sunday, at 5pm, we are playing concert at Freedom Island, most magical place in West London 🙂 Do come along to say hi and feel the change, feel the shift and experience the victory.

In January 2022 we start most exciting project of sharing the music with community through fortnightly sound circles. We will bring instruments, give you some hints on how to play, but most importantly, we would like you to bring your presence, speak to us through music, rhythm, sound, voice, movement. Let’s connect and make music alive!

2nd of January 2022, FREE workshop open to all! You don’t need the ability to play, only the willingness to try 🙂 Next sessions will run fortnightly, at least through January. Who knows what February brings? 😉 Travel? 🙂
